I finished a 4.5-year Ph.D. course in Australia and returned to Vietnam in 2021. I studied Animal Science, Biotechnology, and Veterinary. I have 10 years of experience working on managing projects and conducting experiments. I have been working as a researcher supporting and being responsible for many projects related to chickens, ostriches, and Campylobacter hepaticus. I prefer to work for organizations that relate to agriculture, climate change, and disease control.

I am working at Thuy Phuong Poultry Research Center in 2011 as Agricultural Scientist with the main role of managing the chicken farm. I directly monitored the general management such as planning, lighting program, feeding program, water program, ventilation, caring about the density of birds per unit, and protection. Also, I jointly conducted experiments for many big projects at the farm. I am a researcher who has been involved in many responsibilities but not limited to:

- Studying and conducting research on various aspects of poultry production, including nutrition, breeding, disease prevention, and management practices.

- Formulating and evaluating poultry feed diets to optimize nutritional content and promote optimal growth, health, and egg production under research and industry standards.

- Undertaking to collect, and analyse data through experiments, using the new and advanced method to conduct a literature review of all factors affecting products.

- Studying, developing and implementing disease prevention and biosecurity measures to safeguard poultry flocks from infectious diseases such as monitoring flock health, and implementing vaccination.

- Optimising animal welfare, productivity, and environmental sustainability as well as involving in assessing ventilation, temperature control, lighting, and space requirements.

- Being involved at all stages of the trial process to provide the backbone to the poultry projects and to help facilitate the successful delivery of research projects.

- Cooperating with the rest of the research team to identify and propose new research areas, including potential research partners, professionals and collaborators.

- Communicating research findings with the team and writing reports of the process of the conducting projects

- Participating in writing reference books that are consulted for information on how to raise a specific chicken breed.

- Ensuring compliance with quality control standards and food safety regulations throughout the poultry production process.

- Monitoring and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues related to product quality or safety to promptly solve problems and improve productivity.

- Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to poultry production, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.

- Keeping updated with advancements in poultry science, industry trends, and emerging technologies through continuous learning and engaging in professional networks.

- Be responsible for advertising and maintaining the website and Facebook that help maintain and develop the Center’s reputation and products.
