At Les Vergers Du Mekong, I query, clean, and standardize data using tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel to evaluate weekly and monthly business indicators and allocate business targets to the Sales & Trade Marketing department. I have implemented comprehensive and detailed reporting systems using Power BI to enable management to monitor business performance and operations. My responsibilities include analyzing sales data by Key Account/SKUs to inform business strategy for product categories and collaborating with various departments to support their business data-related needs. I regularly report to direct management and interact with departments regarding events and issues based on data analysis.

I developed a customer classification mechanism based on the Recency, Frequency, Monetary (RFM) model to manage and update new customers, classify potential future customers, and identify lost and at-risk customers, thereby providing direction for the Sales department. Additionally, I re-evaluate existing customers who have purchased additional SKUs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. I have also automated several time-consuming processes, such as updating customer information and classifying customers, using Python.
