Christophe POISSON is the founder of TEKID Vietnam, a Digital Security firm, located in Ho Chi Minh City,

Throughout his 16 years’ experience in Information Technology management position for large multinational companies, Christophe has developed a unique expertise in IT business strategies implementation.

Christophe is the former APAC CIO for ARKEMA, a world leader in chemistry and has successfully led complex IT transformations in the context of growth, fast pace and integration of new companies & activities. 

Digital Innovation, approach and transformation, support to business, project management, compliance management and Cyber Security were some of the major priorities and achievements during his 10 past years in Asia.

• Full SAP Landscape defined and implemented (Dev, Qual, Training, Pre-prod, Live) to ensure efficient go live according to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices
• New authorization model (Business Roles) implemented according to end-users needs
• New tool implemented for IT and Business to manage and validate SAP system modifications
• Contributed to SAP maintenance externalization (off-shore) in Morocco with 20% savings

1999 - 2004: Analyst developer SAP, Atofina, Lyon

TOTAL absorbed ELF and had objective to integrate ELF chemistry to TOTAL information system

Mission: In charge of specifications and developments. Project team 30 (based in USA, Belgium, France)

• SAP trained for ABAP developments and understanding of existing SAP system from TOTAL
• Defined technical specifications and implemented the development for SAP modules (SD, MM, FI)
• Defined and developed new transaction to ensure modification consistency across SAP landscape
