Dot line reporting to:  Madame Hoàng Thu Hường – Chairwoman 

Reporting by:              4 Depot Managers at HCMC, 4 Branch Managers at North, Central, Southeast and Mekong Delta.

Total Qty of Staff:      241 Persons 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build-up Supply Chain Strategy in Distribution

2. Build-up and Training & Coaching SOPs & All Safeties & FMCG distribution policies    

3. Manage Nationwide PO process operation for all channels of distribution.

4. Manage Nationwide Warehousing Operations  

5. Manage Nationwide Distribution Route planning & Network Optimization 

6. Manage Nationwide Transport Operations.

7. Manage Nationwide Delivery Operations 

8. Manage E-com Operations to Tiktok/Shopee/Lazada and Onpoint.

9. Manage Customer Services and Supplier/Brand demands or complaints

10. Manage Nationwide Logistics cost

Job Functions: 

1. Logistics Operations Management

- Manage and oversee daily logistics operations across all regions: Central, Southeast, HCMC, Mekong, Hanoi and Haiphong.

- Manage multiple warehouses: Da Nang, Binh Duong (Newland, Vietnam Japan, Cuu Long), HCMC (District 7, District 9, Binh Tan, Hoc Mon), Can Tho, Hai Phong, Ha Noi and any new facilities.

- Manage and allocate transportation network and delivery routes via company fleet and third-party logistics, including nationwide internal Transfer.

- Maintain strong leadership and good communication with Depot managers and staff to resolve issues and improve performance.

2. Order Process and Delivery Operation Management\

- Manage and oversee daily Sale Order Process and Delivery operations from all MT/GT/HRC/E-com channels and across all regions: Central, Southeast, HCMC, Mekong, Hanoi and Haiphong.

- Coordinate with Finance Department and oversee all performance of Cash Receivables and Accounting Receivables of all Sale Channels aligned with company policies.

- Maintain strong leadership and good compliance with Depot managers and staff to execute random check Cash Receivables and Accounting Receivables and improve performance.

3. Capacity Planning & KPI Execution

- Ensure sufficient storage and delivery capacity for current and new SKUs/brands.

- Align logistics operations with the company’s annual plan and departmental KPIs.

- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development to manage nationwide internal transfer to ensure meeting expected CSL

4. Facility, Property and Inventory Control

- Conduct daily, quarterly and annual stock-counts and facility & property audits per SOP.

- Minimize discrepancies between system data and actual stock

- Train and coach warehouse staff in inventory procedures and maintain training records.

5. Hygiene & Temperature Compliance

- Implement hygiene and temperature controls as per SOP and regulations.

- Train and coach warehouse teams and document compliance activities.

6. Safety Management

- Enforce safety protocols across all logistics operations.

- Provide safety training and maintain records.

7. Customer Services

- Deliver responsive services to internal departments, suppliers, and customers.

- Promote a customer-centric mindset across logistics teams.

- Conduct service training and track performance.

8. People Development & Coaching

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the logistics team.

- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching, mentoring, and development plans for staff at all levels.

- Support career growth and succession planning through structured feedback and performance discussions.

- Align team capabilities with evolving business needs and operational goals.

9. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor logistics performance, capacity utilization, and delivery metrics.

- Conduct regular team weekly and monthly meetings to review gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Present findings and recommendations to HOD & BOM.

10. Compliance & Other Duties

- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, supplier regulations, and Vietnamese law.

- Execute additional tasks assigned by BOD, suppliers, or customers.
