Seeking a challenging and innovative position in a firm that will maximize the opportunities for me to implement my skill set and knowledge as well as use my capabilities in the best way possible so that I can enrich my skills and aid the development of the firm I work with.

I have diverse professional experience spanning customer service and engineering roles across Vietnam, Taiwan, and Thailand. I began my career in customer service, handling client support, order management, and issue resolution before advancing into process quality and field application engineering. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in technical support, quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. My work has involved coordinating with international teams, providing on-site and remote support, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer and business needs.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in General Law from Hanoi Law University (2015–2019), where I developed a strong foundation in legal principles, critical thinking, and analysis. I also earned a Master of IMBA (International Master of Business Administration) from Mingchuan University (2020–2022), which enhanced my understanding of global business practices, management, and strategic decision-making. This combination of law and business education has equipped me with a versatile skill set valuable for both technical and customer-focused roles.
