Experienced in development, quality and production for over 15 years in garment and textile industry (specification in sportwear, jacket, backpacks and accessories.) In which, more than 10 years working in trading company and buyer office, directly dealing with Vendors in Vietnam, China and Indonesia and 5 years working in manufacturer. 

In addition, I hold with a Garment and Textile technology bachelor degree from Ho Chi Minh Polytechnic University so I also have liability to understand fabric characteristics and product technical. 

Strong ability in development (contact directly with buyer, arrange sample yardage for making sample), order control, capability with vendor, costing making and following up shipment booking, problem solving to make sure order deliver on time. Familiar with EMEA, US, APAC market. Quality control and audit factory depend on brand requested. 

Daily report control like WIP, PO management, PSR - report directly to Manager.

Experiment working on PLM system: ERP, Centric 8 and Infor-nexus system.
