My name is Phung Thi Hong Nga (MiMi). I'm a Vietnamese girl living in Da Nang city, Vietnam. I have had 3 more years of experiences working in Hotel in Front Desk, Food and Beverage and Spa outlets. Although I just graduated from University but I'm confident to say that I have lots of talent and I have the ability to become a leader. Firstly, I have received lots of good feedback on OTA from customers in hotels, resorts I worked; besides that I have also received lots of good feedback from my managers, supervisors and workmates. Therefore, I'm sure that my performance in work is great and I will not just stop there, I will try my best to improve it as much as I can. Secondly, I have joined lots of International programs, projects during the time I was in University; so I deeply understand how to communicate with people coming from different nations, especially Asian and American. Last but not least, I study Hospitality and Tourism Management; so I do have enough knowledge and information needed to work in hotels and tourism companies. I have worked in several hotels and resorts using different Management systems such as Opera, Smile, etc., so I am confident to say that I could handle those system things well.
