• Faciliate agile, scrum activities ( daily stand up, sprint retrospective, sprint review, weekly sprint planning)
• Establish WBS (work break structure) and responsibilities for each stakeholders
• Coordinate with sponsors, stakeholders from kick-off the project to launch the project
• Join the UAT
