I have worked in a coordinator position for 1 year of experience.

Worked as a Developer from June 2023 to August 2023, demonstrating strong technical proficiency and coding expertise.

Currently serving as Project Coordinator since September 2023,demonstrating leadership and project management abilities.

Starting as a Front-end Developer, I also understand website and mobile app design.

As a Project Coordinator, I have participated and coordinated projects such as:

- HMK Partner: Tool orders from store to HMK center for HMK's

entire store system nationwide.

- HMK Partner: CDP (Customer Data Platform) I participate in

phase 1 of this project. Specifically, crawling customer data stored

in the partner's database, arranging the UI layout for the Marketing

team to operate on the system such as filtering customer data,

how many orders a day, running ads for customers according to

many criteria...

- HMK Partner: POS (Point of Sales) Project The purpose of this

project is that partners do not want their data to be stolen, so they

bill a system similar to Kiot Viet to store data in their database.

- Umedia partner: CRM (Customer Relationship Management

project) builds the system according to requirements from the partner.

My specific job in the Project Coordinator role is to get requirements, make quotes to send to superiors based on the feature list obtained, coordinate projects for the Tech team, and prioritize which modules to complete first. Complete later, receive the project back after QC testing is complete, book a meeting to schedule a demo with the customer, and receive editing feedback if any.
