• Lead the Technical team in performing all the necessary engineering verifications and calculations, training and supporting method statement to all the construction teams and sub contractor.
• Manage Technical team to ensure the pre-construction information and design risk assessments are completed and are compliant with internal technical instructions.
• Lead the R&D team to oversee the technical feasibility of new methodology to research and train the construction team.
• Serve as the Civil expert to the Project Manager team for all matters related to design, quality assurance and documentation of civil works.
