My name is Sơn and I would describe myself as enthusiastic, knowledgeable, supportive, creative, commercially-aware, and someone who takes pride in their work.

I have 15 years experience in different leadership and management roles including sales strategic and business development and my experiences focus much on F&B, home appliances, consumer goods sectors. 

In addition, I have strong knowledge in marketing, business model, operation and P/L control of an enterprise.

I'm still looking for a management roles including sales strategic and business development on F&B, Home Appliances, Consumer goods or any other sectors if appropriate where I can contribute my expertise in strategic planning, customer service, team building and help the organization reach its goals.

03/2020 - 02/SRITHAI VIET NAM (HOUSEHOLD) as a Sales Director.

Main duties: Nationwide Business Development, All channels (GT,MT,Horeca,E.com,OEM B2B) management
Achievements: Successfully build OEM & E.Com channel, increased 21.7% total revenue (5Mil/Month) in 2021 Successfully build distributor in South, Central & Mekong Delta. Attained 102% revenue vs KPIs.

07/2017 - 02/2020 worked at SAIGON INDOCHINA (HOME APPLIANCES) as a National Sales Director

Main duties: Nationwide Business Development, All channels (GT,MT,Horeca,E.com, Retails,B2B) management
Achievements: Customer demand increase 25% via E. Com & MT channel, revenue increased 984 Mil/Month in 2018. Loyalty customer increase 15% via Retails Shop (128 accounts). E commerce channel hit 130% vs target , contribute 8.3% total revenue (5B/Year) in 2018. Successfully impact end consumer aware moriitalia's Brand, conversion rate 10.23% via all campaign.

04/2013 - 05/2017 worked at PERNOD RICARD VIETNAM (ALCOHOL GLOBAL) as a Area Sales Manager & Trade MKT

Main duties:  Area(South) Development, Channels (Off trade & On trade) management
Achievements: Successfully implementation of the distributor system for Pernod Ricard and accomplished 100% KPIs (80B/Year for Champions) in 2016. Successfully impact & Educate End Consumer to awareness brand Chivas & Martell. Successfully new platform transformation (champion- prefer partner). Successfully develop new catalogue (wine, spirits) for all channel On & Off.

03/2010 - 03/2013 worked at NIER FINE WINES CO., LTD (WINE) as a Sales Manager.

Main duties:  South market Development, Sales team (tele & consultant) management.
Achievements: Successfully developing a new team, new market start from zero and achieved 93% KPIs (480Mil/Month).
