My responsibilities included preparing reports from Excel data, handling customer inquiries, tracking inventory, and processing orders. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills—especially in fast-paced and detail-oriented environments.

I am a final-year student majoring in International Economics at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City. My coursework covers international trade, Incoterms, customs procedures, and payment methods. I have also earned certifications in Microsoft Office (950+) and TOEIC (750+), and I am actively learning Chinese to support my future career in global logistics and trade.
