Prepare and handle inquiries of customer invoices based on accounting
procedures (generating invoices, posting receipts, and following payments and
corrections if required).
Coordinate, support, and supervise during the shift to ensure smooth check-in or
check-out. 
Collect and resolve comments, complaints, and inquiries from guests.
