With more than eight-year experience in Human Resource Management in MNC organizations, I have been equipped good knowledge and skills, especially in managing the talent acquisition process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff; developing and improving HR policies and processes to build the corporate culture, employer branding and increasing employee engagement… as well as many other things relating to daily organizational and administrative management.

Cumulatively, my experiences have taught me to be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. I am comfortable working under high pressure within a complex, matrix environment.
