I’m a Food Technology Engineer with experience in flavour applications, especially in savoury applications. My hands-on experience at both global and startup flavour houses, have trained me in key R&D functions, including lab operations, sample formulation, sensory evaluation, and cross functional collaboration. With passion, and a willingness to learn, I’m looking for an R&D Technician role where I can contribute to product development and grow into a problem solving, consumer focused professional.

|| Support Savoury Application Team in daily lab tasks:

  • Blending seasoning formulas to create desired tastes and flavours for different food applications (snacks, noodles).
  • Assist in development and preparation of flavoured food products for internal and customer evaluations.
  • Select optimal flavours for projects according to specified requirements.
  • Work with APAC colleagues (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia) to request samples and ensure timely delivery to Vietnam for projects and storage.
  • Support sending samples to customers as well as colleagues in other countries.
  • Managing inventory of raw materials and flavour samples, ensuring proper storage and handling of laboratory supplies.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies.
