I am a final-year student majoring in Financial Engineering and Risk Management. I have a passion for learning and working in the field of corporate finance. I am particularly interested in visualizing data and qualitative analysis. Additionally, with a background in quantitative analysis, I am able to effectively calculate and measure the efficiency of portfolios using provided data. I am always eager to expand my knowledge and contribute to the success of financial initiatives.

1. Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Small & Medium-sized Enterprises Intern (Apr,2022 - Oct,2022):

•  Conducted credit relatioship analysis of Vietnam's construction, logictics and transportation industry to identify challenges & potential of SMEs. 
• Assisted in signing credit agreements with corporate clients, inquiring change in financial status as part of critical project for Financial Advisory team; assist in devising debt liquidation plans, accounting for payoff priorities and frequency. 
• Drafted financial reports and spreadsheets using accounting software in general system of MBBank, making summary reports upon Supervisor's guideline. 
• Maintained relationship with 10 existing clients and analysed customer experience ensuring 100% retention rate; leading to 85% retention rate and 20% increase in client accounts.

     2. IU Soft Skills Club (IU - VNU) - Head of Creative Media (Jun,2020 - Aug,2021)

• Designed and developed graphic design projects for print, digital or other media. 
• Worked with coreteam on creative ideas in order to create compelling visual content using Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop/Canva/ Illustrator). 
• Coordinated with PR team, identifying audiences to target and develop communications plans; optimising content distribution to increase consumer engagement by ~20%. 
• Conducted team-building exercises to facilitate community socialisation, and positive group dynamics among 40+ students; organised over 10 community-building events with 50+ volunteers. 
• Communicated potential problems to project teams and recommended solutions. Benchmarked and quality-checked briefings and debriefings.
