Sales Administrator: (50%)

• Enter sales orders, sample requests, customer codes, set prices, export delivery notes, etc on

SAP system

• Make records: adjust price, clear debt, commit to product quality, replace invoice

• Track entire delivery progress

• Coordinate deliveries with logistics dept

• Follow and report finished goods and stock daily

• Send customer claims, and documents to make report, COA to QA&QC

• Receive and store Purchasing Order, Annex, Proforma Invoice

• Create contracts: commission, sales, principal agreements, etc

• Propose accounting dept to provide credit insurance for customers

• Handling administrative tasks and documents

Sales and Marketing: (50%) - Responsible for two main sectors:

1.Customer relationship:

• Searching and working directly with domestic and international clients mainly in packaging,

trading, and garment through social media channels, email, phone, and direct meetings

• Quote, negotiate, and get contracts with customers

• Handle client-partners inquiries and ensure the provision of the highest quality services

2. Products planning support:

• Support R&D Dept to exploit and update information about market demand fluctuations

• Design content, present kind of products

• Contribute to market expansion and increase production output
