• Claim the warranty orders to the manufacturer when there is a problem with the customer's vehicle based on the Warranty condition . 

• Create the quotations and invoices regarding to the services of Hyundai .

• Manage the part orders in procedure and delivery progress is within standard . 

• Support the customer to solve their technical problem or the usage of product . 

• Schedulle the repair appointments considering the workshop capacities and ensure the minimal waiting times for customers
