Currently, I hold the position of Senior Application Specialist at ITS Vietnam, where I effectively liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues. Additionally, I conduct training sessions on various technical aspects for renowned brands such as Bruker Optics, Kyoto Electronics Manufacturing, and Elementar Analyzer.

I completed my bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Following that, I gained valuable experience as a Quality Assurance staff member at Dae Myung Chemical Co., Ltd, a medical device company. Moreover, I have been recognized for my achievements throughout my academic journey, including receiving a scholarship from Charmvit Group, winning two prestigious poster awards from Gachon University, and receiving acknowledgment at the ICAE conference.
