a) Job Description:

- Troubleshoot network and server problems when problems occur

- Manage and operate equipment, facilities, and infrastructure at the company

- Monitor and ensure the company's network and server systems operate stably - Install and configure software infrastructure to serve the project. - Administration and operation of software infrastructure - Set up and write scripts for CI/CD systems - Participate in deploying applications to the system

- Support developers in analyzing logs and finding errors in software infrastructure

- Support testers in setting up testing environments

- Support customers to set up infrastructure when necessary

- Support in troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems

- Support general technical work of the Company b) Experience gained: - Have knowledge of operating systems and be familiar with Windows and Linux environments - Knowledge of toolkits such as Git, Docker, Jenkins, Zabbix, and Grafana
