The Singaporean own company, operating in the field of producing Metal Cans & Metal Printing, have 2 factories in HCM City. Company size: Over 300 staff.

• Managed and oversees all operations of the company and be reported by Department Managers: HR, Account & Finance, Sales, Factory Operation, QA & QC, Purchasing, Planning, Technical & Maintenance.
• Restructured and reduced number of headcount as it is too large and ineffective.
• Strict finance and P&L controlled go along with big cut off expenses and cost saving. 
• Served as Export Sales Manager to reach oversea customers.
• Served as Factory Manager to lead production team in one year.
• Independently meeting with bank’s leaders to convince loans and financial support.
