- Manage an end-to-end NPI Projects
- Develop process flows and conduct FMEA for new NPIs.
- Monitor and coordinate manufacturing processes such as from beginning to assembly, and testing.
- Collaborate with R&D to address issues and provide advice on solutions during the build, subsequently incorporating findings into DFM and ensuring resolution.
- Provide upper-level management with regular progress reports on development and rollout.
- Set KPI for team members and drive process improvement.
Experience Requirements: - Fluency in English.
- 5+ years of NPI Program Manager experience.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and confidently in a dynamic engineering environment.
- Strong leadership and great communication to motivate members in prolonged projects.
- Experience in relocation projects and power converter solutions.
