    JOB DESCRIPTION

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficient in Human Resources (HR) administration
    • Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing HR policies
    • Strong understanding of employee relations
    • Expertise in performance management practices
    • Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment legislation
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Demonstrated capability in team leadership and management
    • High standards of integrity and confidentiality
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Certification in HR management is advantageous
