I. POSITION SUMMARY:

• Develop and price new products in alignment with business, customer, and sales force requirements.
• Contribute to the setup and testing of systems for product implementation.
• Assess the performance of existing products and recommend strategies for their effective maintenance.
• Participate in experience study initiatives.
• Assist in conducting market surveys for insurance products and analyze product features within the market.
• Support promotional activities targeted at customers and the sales force to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with other departments on product development projects and provide product training across sales channels as needed.
• Mentor and assist in the development of junior team members within the department.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

II. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing or possess a degree in Insurance, Mathematics, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with coding (VBA) is preferred.
