HRVietnam's client is seeking a highly experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage garment production operations, specializing in both knit and woven products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in activewear manufacturing and hands-on experience in managing production lines, with a proven track record in factories based in Quang Tri province.

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure output meets quality standards, delivery deadlines, and efficiency targets.
• Oversee both knit and woven production lines, ensuring smooth operation across different product categories.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with QA, planning, and technical departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Monitor and optimize production capacity and workforce allocation.
• Report production performance and issues to upper management.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to production line supervisors and operators.
• Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in garment manufacturing, including both knit and woven sectors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role or a similar senior production leadership position.
• Direct working experience in garment factories located in Quang Tri province is essential.
• Strong knowledge and operational experience in activewear garment production.
• Familiarity with hanger line production systems is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale production teams and meet challenging production targets.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English
