Job summary

Senior Test Automation Engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing automated testing frameworks, leading teams to achieve successful automation testing outcomes, and leveraging advanced automation tools to conduct robust testing for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of design, validation and testing, being responsible for ensuring a detailed understanding of these needs and the submission of proper documentation.
• Direct work assignments, scheduling, and reviews of work in progress. Handles personnel actions including performance reviews, salary recommendations, and coordination of training and development.
• Provide the technical governance of the team and ensures its efficiency and the good communication with the other teams, external and internal
• Promote the continuous improvement process within the product's life cycle.
• Participate in department budgeting activities as required

Qualifications

• Accomplished Senior Test Automation Engineer with more than 07 years of extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing automated testing frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams to achieve successful automation testing outcomes. Proficient in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of software development life cycle.
• Proven expertise in leveraging advanced automation tools such as, Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, and others to conduct robust testing for complex systems.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of software quality.
