- Native proficiency in Vietnamese.

- International work experience.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in legal matters.
- Familiarity with international standards and organizations such as IFC, ILO, UNDP, etc.
- Extensive practical experience in construction, manufacturing, or other industries.
