KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Head of Finance, you will lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Your responsibilities include:

• Financial management: Set goals, provide feedback, foster collaboration, optimize financial performance, and prepare financial reports.
• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A): Head the FP&A team in forecasting, budgeting, analyzing data for strategic recommendations.
• Accounting: Develop policies, supervise month/year-end close, ensure IFRS compliance, and liaise with auditors.
• Financial systems and process improvement: Implement ERP/financial systems, identify process enhancements, manage cash flow, and foreign exchange risks.
• Risk management and compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations, establish internal controls, stay updated on accounting standards, and oversee tax compliance.

Your role is crucial in driving financial excellence, strategic decision-making, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a Head of Finance or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-level financial management.
• Strong understanding of IFRS standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP and similar financial and accounting systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret financial data and offer strategic recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Proficient command of English, both written and verbal.
