• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a timeframe
• Provide innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns
• Build up SOPs to mitigate tax risk

• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a timeframe

• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.
• Coordinate accounting to clear transactions.
• Build up SOPs to mitigate tax risk

• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits.
• Maintain tax balances on the general ledger.
• Prepare all tax papers regularly and handle all information data requests.

• Language:

• Business Level OR Japanese
• Business Level (Japanese is preferred).
• Have experience as a Tax Leader/Manager (Working in manufacturing companies is preferred).
• Used to work/take countermeasure with Tax inspection 2 times at least.
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
• Timeline management and solving problems.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Expected personality: high proactivity and accountability.
