    IT Asset Management Specialist – Ottawa, ON

    Akkodis is currently hiring an IT Asset Management Specialist/IT Support Specialist for a long-term contract in the National Capital Region of Ottawa, ON.

    Candidate must be available to work onsite in Ottawa. Only candidates who hold an active Secret Clearance with the Government of Canada will be considered.

    Akkodis is looking for a candidate who can perform the following tasks:

  • Providing installation of physical IT equipment.
  • Disconnect and reconnect IT equipment (including; but not limited to, computers, monitors, mice, keyboards).
  • Unpack AV equipment for install, remove old AV equipment and E-waste the material.
  • Install IT related equipment including; but not limited to, monitor arms, keyboard tray, TV and monitors, VC unit, speakers, projector, ClickShare, TV Rogers box on the wall etc.
  • Installing monitors and docking stations while assuring LAN connections are tested.
  • Label IT equipment to allow for proper reconnect at the new location.
