    KEY RESPONSIBILITY

    Building & Maintaining Relationships:

    • Proactively approach, seek, develop, and maintain relationships with government agencies, large enterprises, organizations, associations, and other entities related to the company's business field.
    • Represent the company in external programs, seminars, and events to expand the partner network..

    Policy Monitoring & Analysis:

    • Regularly track and update new government directives, policies, and regulations from Ministries and agencies relevant to the company's sectors.
    • Analyze the impact of these changes on business operations, and coordinate to propose suitable adjustment solutions to management.

    Business Opportunity Sourcing & Implementation:

    • Proactively propose, develop, and implement cooperation programs and projects with external partners/units.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to operationalize opportunities into practical projects, contributing to maintaining market share and achieving sales targets.

    Advisory & Reporting:

    • Advise the leadership team on flexible scenarios and strategies for external relations development and business networking.
    • Compile and report periodically (or ad hoc) on external relations status, policy environment analysis, cooperation opportunities, etc

    Perform other tasks assigned by the BOD.

    REQUIREMENTS

    University degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.

    Professional Skills

    • Skills in building, developing, and maintaining relationships.
    • Skills in planning, implementing, and managing cooperation projects.
    • Negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills before partners and leadership.

    Other Skills

    • Proactive, creative, strategic thinking, and flexibility in problem-solving.
    • Skills in utilizing AI for research, data analysis, report automation, and decision support.
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.0

    Experience

    • At least 2 years of experience in partner management or business development.
    • Preferably experienced working with government agencies, large enterprises, or associations
