- Regularly analyze business reports, address challenges, and propose improvements.
- Negotiate rental and tenancy terms.
- Attend store openings and corporate events.

- Candidates must have been born in 80s or 90s
- Degree in retail/property management or related field.
- 5+ years in retail management, with leasing, expansion and development experience.
- Proficiency in English. Mandarin is a plus
- Extensive network in the industry (developers, landlords, retail property owners, local council, custom officers, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Organized and independent.
- Familiar with fashion retail industry regulations.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
