Job Summary & Responsibilities
1. HR Roles and Responsibilities:
Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance:
- Oversee competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage & calculate payroll and legal documentation.
- Calculate payroll and ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Check labour contract and payroll of Onto staff prepared by Third-Party.
- Declare monthly PIT and Insurance & PIT finalization.
- Assist in annual performance appraisals, provide feedback.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring the company hires the right talent and effectively onboard.
- Manage work pass, work permit and Temporary Resident card application/renewal and cancellation process.
- HR Reporting/filling: Prepare and maintain HR reports, data, document. Make sure to submit report related to labor, SHUI, PIT, statistic etc. to authorities on time.
- Other HR tasks assigned from Onto SEA office.
2. Administrative Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative operations and ensure smooth operations
- Manage Company legal documents: store, notarize documents and provide them to departments when needed.
- Check and prepare payment request for operation expenses such as office rental, electricity, water, car rental, cleaner etc.
- Booking air-tickets & hotels for inbound overseas management and employees.
- Co-ordinate for multiple entry business visa application for inbound Onto employees.
- Co-operate with IT to support new hire laptop setup
- Inventory check & manage computer & office equipment
- Organize company events such as year-end party, annual health check program, team building.
- Ensure facilities (furniture, cleanliness, lighting and a/c) are upkeep.
- In charge of other general office administrative tasks and other adhoc admin task given.
Qualifications
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR roles or similar positions
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Confidentiality awareness, self-motivated mind-set, good communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Good English in communication and writing.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills.
- Priority given to candidates who can start working immediately
