    Job Responsibilities:

    • Process purchase requests for market list items, printing items, IT & recreation items as per assigned by Materials Manager.
    • Key quotations in system and allocate prices correctly.
    • Prepare comparison file for products that require more attention and taste result from Food & Beverage.
    • Sourcing product and services as per required by superior, and able to make recommendations.
    • Follow the PR, PO, inform users if variance happens, take corrective action or find alternatives.
    • Ensure Vendor Creation Form is creating correctly and properly documented with sufficient information required.
    • Work closely with relevant departments (eg. KIT, F&B...) for purchasing the items correctly & delivery.
    • Filing PO and Purchasing document in orderly. Ease to track and follow up.
    • Organize work and work place in professional way.
    • Work closely with Finance in case of supplier follows payment, commercial invoices.
    • Work closely with Receiving on delivery and closing PO.
    • Report & update the process of PRs & POs to Material Manager/Assistant Purchasing Manager as assigned.
    • Any other jobs that may be assigned by the Materials Manager/Assistant Purchasing Manager from time to time.
