    Key responsibilities:

    1/ Repair Unit Handling & Status Update:
    Receive repair unit from ASC by courier service (Nhat Tin) at LSC;
    Check unit physically against to "Check Sheet" provided by ASC;
    Enter and update repair job status on Repair Management System (APNS);
    Locate Repair Unit on the proper location and allocate job to Engineer on APNS and verbal notice.

    2/ Quotation & Financial Follow-up:
    Send quotation to ASC , follow up and inform to engineer the final reply;

    After completing Out of Warranty job, issue invoice to ASC within same day and inform Service planning & control team monthly.

    3/ Repair Parts Stock Control, Jig & Assets Control:
    Office renting and other related payment;
    Purchase necessary goods for repair activity and office.

    4/ Parts Stock Control:
    Hand over physically part to engineer based on request and update on Repair System;
    Planning, making order buffer parts;
    Physical checking and stock parts;
    Parts inventory checking;
    Prepare for disposal process of defective parts;
    Jig & Asset control and count regularly following company policy;
    5S.

    5/ ASC Communication:
    Regarding to any customer escalation cases, inform to engineer immediately;
    Contact Service Network team to resolve with CS division head;
    Update the result to engineer.


    Recruitments:
    Bachelor Degree in Administration or other relevant.
    Experience in Administration.
    Good Excel skill.
    Good communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
