Job summary

The Dyeing Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring Dyeing On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Dyeing Right First Time (RFT) in a textile dyeing company. The manager must analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data to optimize efficiency and participate in production-related meetings. The manager must also maintain and update OTD tracking reports and analyze OTD failure reports to define corrective actions. Additionally, the manager must implement Kaizen activities to improve production efficiency and product quality, enforce discipline, and provide training and development programs for dyeing operators. The manager must also design, schedule, and procure production tooling, processing equipment, and workstations as needed, and ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective machine maintenance. The manager must have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing factories, textile dyeing company, and good English skills, as well as experience working with ERP systems. The manager must also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect effectively with colleagues, and be a good team player. The manager must also be able to perform well under high pressure and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills. The manager will receive a competitive salary, 14 annual leave per year, and annual salary review.
