    MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

    CRM Management

    • Own and manage the club's CRM platform to ensure effective segmentation,

    personalisation and communications performance.

    • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve member retention,

    satisfaction and engagement. Ensure any use of automated communications is

    with a personal approach.

    • Monitor membership application and onboarding processes, optimising

    strategies for maximum performance.

    • Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of the member database. Oversee

    data capture, enrichment and compliance with PDPD and data protection

    standards.

    • Ensure integration and alignment with the website and app and any other

    platforms or tools (e.g. WhatsApp) used where the club features.

    • Use analytics to track member behaviour, preferences and engagement to

    inform tailored communications and team training.

    Marketing strategy and Execution

    • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social,

    print) to support events, member communications and brand awareness.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop a marketing calendar that aligns

    with the club's goals, member interests and seasonal programming.

    • Drive brand awareness and member engagement through partnerships and

    content marketing.

    Membership Engagement and Communications

    • Design and deliver compelling member communications.
    • Develop a consistent tone of voice and messaging aligned with the club's

    identity and values.

    • Analyse feedback to continuously improve member experience, engagement

    and communications.

    Performance Tracking and Reporting

    • Monitor and report on member communications, engagement metrics, and

    ROI.

    • Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data and marketing

    analytics.

    • Use tools such as Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and email platforms.

    • 3+ years' experience in marketing, CRM or Database Management.
    • Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail and brand

    tone.

    • CRM and database management experience.
    • Strong analytical mindset and skills with performance analytic tools.
    • Understanding of luxury brand positioning.
