• Collaborating closely with the sales team in Thailand to ensure smooth communication and coordination with customers.

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

• Provide the client with a selection of sample products for their consideration.

• Managing and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

• Providing timely responses to customer inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns raised.

• Coordinating logistics and shipments as necessary to fulfill customer orders.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with the sales team in Thailand to ensure smooth communication and coordination with customers.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the related field

• Able to speak Thai and Vietnamese or just Vietnamese is ok

• Previous experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
