Job summary

Accountant position in Hanoi factory. Control raw material payment process, calculate and analyze MVA cost and BOM cost, support other teams on checking and making price for quotation or any relevant calculation of projects, making reports to headquarter or other requesters, develop and maintain internal control processes / procedures for factory's operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance or Business administration are preferred.
• 3 - 8 years in similar position of costing in manufacturing company.
• It is preferred to be with SAP working experiences.
• Having analytical and problem-solving skill
• Good at English both in speaking and writing
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under high pressure and fast pace.
• High morality and integrity are requested.
• Communication and teamwork ability are must.
• Teamwork & Management skills

Responsibilities

• Control raw material payment process in Hanoi factory' stage: invoice verification. Co-work with relevant team to solve related issues
• Calculate and analyze MVA cost and BOM cost by comparing these data between actual and standard. Visualize the abnormal scenarios and co-work with other teams to improve
• Support other teams on checking and making price for quotation or any relevant calculation of projects
• Making reports to headquarter or other requesters both urgently and periodically: GR report, factory general report…
• Develop and maintain internal control processes / procedures for factory's operations
• Other required request by the supervisors
