    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy Analysis

  • Support analysis of market trends, competitor activities and feedback from customers to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Research customer preferences, industry trends and markets emerging to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in evaluating the performance of sales campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Review business reports, consult with the Deputy General Director on important contents and proposalsSupport in Research and Development (R&D)
  • Collaborate with R&D team to gather information from sales data and customer feedback products to improve and develop products.
  • Assist in testing and evaluating new products to ensure compliance with needs customer needs and market requirements.
  • Provide opinions on market trends and customer requirements to inform decisions R&D regulations.Interact with the Sales Department
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in developing sales training materials and programs to improve skills skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Act as a middleman between the sales department and other internal departments to ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.Coordination with Other Departments
  • Coordinate with production, shipping and customer service departments to ensure fulfillment Order execution and customer satisfaction smoothly.
  • Assist in resolving any problems or conflicts that occur between departments maintain working performance.
  • Assists in aligning departmental goals and direction with overall goals of the company. Experience Requirements:
  • 2 years or more experience in a sales support or administrative office role,
  • Priority is given to being in the flooring installation or manufacturing industry or having worked at consulting companies Mckinsey, BCG, Bain...
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Fluent English in 4 skills, Vietnamese local only
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
