    As the HR Head in the advertising industry, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will be a key strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance and expertise on HR-related matters to drive business success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
      • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the advertising industry.
      • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and conduct effective interviews and selection processes.
    2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
      • Foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
      • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner, promoting open communication and resolution.
      • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward performance and achievements.
    3. Performance Management:
      • Implement performance management systems and processes to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and evaluate employee performance.
      • Conduct performance appraisals, identify development needs, and establish performance improvement plans as necessary.
      • Work with managers to develop and monitor individual and team performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
    4. Training and Development:
      • Identify training and development needs across the organization and develop comprehensive training programs to address them.
      • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, technical skills, and compliance training.
      • Support career development initiatives and succession planning to build a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
    5. Compensation and Benefits:
      • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.
      • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and analysis to make recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
      • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks and incentives.
    6. Compliance and Legal Matters:
      • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
      • Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
      • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
    7. Strategic Planning and Advisory:
      • Partner with senior management to develop HR strategies and initiatives that support business growth and objectives.
      • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
      • Contribute to strategic planning processes by providing insights and recommendations on talent management and organizational development.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the advertising or creative industries.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
