Job Responsibilities- Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance- Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary- Supervise gardening/cleaning services- Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs- Oversee and supervise a team of maintenance technicians- Execute equipment audits and record-taking- Coordinate with the Factory Manager on the implementation of new construction projects- Ensure compliance with all safety and security requirementsNecessary Skill / Experience ・

Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent・Language: English - Business Level・Experience:

• More than 3 years of experience in facilities management position
• Well
• versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Able to understand complex electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
