    Job Responsibilities
    • Support to prepare contracts and contract appendices with customers.
    • Take care of current customers such as check in/ check out procedures, and tenant phone settings,...
    - Support quotes and find offices/ apartments for customers who need to rent an office/ search for an office- Manage/ store tenant records- Support ideas for customer appreciation events- Write advertising articles on the company's social networking sites- Send payment requests to customers every month according to the debt - Check and finalize monthly service fees and send them to customers- Make monthly debt payments to suppliers- Go to the bank, manage monthly cash fund inventory at the branch- Report arising issues to the Accounting department- Other tasks assigned by the Manager Necessary Skill / Experience ・Education: Bachelor's Degree・Language: English - Business Level・Experience: + At least 2 years of experience working as Sales Admin/ Sales Support in any industry + Have some basic knowledge of accounting
