Job Description:

Ensure timely delivery of all projects within defined scope.
Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
Assign project tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, and experience.
Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.
Monitor project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
Conduct detailed meetings with clients to gather project requirements.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Ensure project quality and release quality.

Job Requirements:

Must-haves:

3~5 years of experience as a Business Requirements Engineer (BrSE).
Japanese language proficiency: N2 level or higher.
Expertise in quality assurance testing of web and mobile applications (preferred).
Alignment with Andpad's mission and values.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with proactive and independent focus.
Good logical thinking and ability to work well under pressure.
Well-organized, creative, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications:

Ability to stay updated with trends and research new technologies (Ruby on Rails, Go, , ReactJS, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter).
Minimum 3 years of experience in development within the specified software "Development environment."
