    Nội dung công việc+) Nhận thông tin hàng hóa từ khách hàng, kiểm tra các chính sách, thủ tục liên quan đến lô hàng.+) Hiểu rõ các quy định liên quan đến giấy phép kiểm tra chuyên ngành. Cập nhật các thông tư, quy định mới.+) Hiểu rõ về bộ chứng từ xin cấp C/O, xin xác nhận khai báo hóa chất, xin giấy phép nhập khẩu với hàng nhập khẩu có điều kiện ...+) Xác minh tính đúng đắn của các tài liệu khai báo.+) Hiểu qui trình khai báo hải quan trên phần mềm Ecus.+) Xử lý các sự cố phát sinh liên quan đến khai báo, sửa đổi, hoặc hủy tờ khai HQ, hoàn thuế...+) Nhập chi phí và báo cáo trên phần mềm+)Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.Yêu cầu- Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp Đại học - Kinh nghiệm: Có kinh nghiệm từ 3 năm trở lên trong lĩnh vựcxuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa với 1 năm làm trưởng nhóm+ Am hiểu nghiệp vụ mở tờ khai hải quan và xử lý các nghiệp vụ thông quan liên quan.+ Hiểu biết sâu rộng về Incoterm và am hiểu luật hải quan trong các loại hình chế xuất, gia công, đầu tư gia công,...+ Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Trung - Trình độ Kinh doanh (Tương đương HSK5) và Tiếng Anh - Cơ bảnƯu tiên- Ưu tiên người đã từng làm cho công ty dịch vụ về XNK, Logistics.
