We are seeking talented and passionate Bioinformatician interns who are interested in working with omics data and are eager to develop skills in data exploration and pipeline engineering.
Responsibilities
- Development and operation of analysis pipelines for next generation sequencing data, from quality control to result interpretation.
- Optimization and execution of pipelines on large-scale datasets using Nextflow, with an emphasis on reproducibility.
