Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Build a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future roles.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the IT job market.

• Have at least 6 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
• Have a lot of experience recruiting for senior level positions and above
• There is a large amount of candidate data for senior positions in the IT field
• Understand and use recruitment channels well, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, Linkedin, Top CV, Vietnamwork, ITviec…
• Have good communication, negotiation, persuasion, work management, analysis, and evaluation skills.
• Must be technology savvy and proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
