    As a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing financial support and strategic guidance to the BUs/GMs. This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and business growth within many sectors.

    Description

    • Act as a key liaison between Finance and BUs/GMs to provide daily operational support.
    • Prepare and maintain timely P&L analysis and offer strategic advice to support decision-making for the GMs and optimize BU performance.
    • Assist in preparing monthly forecasts and rolling forecasts. Identify risks and opportunities impacting forecast achievement of daily expenditure and sales trends.
    • Communicate financial analysis findings and recommendations effectively to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with operational and back-office departments to provide comprehensive support.

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and partnering.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power Query and Power BI preferred.
    • Previous experience in the F&B/FMCG industry is advantageous.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong appetite for learning and growth.
