Job summary

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on brand building and visual storytelling to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Cognisian's visual brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, color, typography, and design language
• Create and maintain a cohesive visual system for all digital and print materials, including social media graphics, investor decks, product presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Design high-impact brand assets such as logos, icons, infographics, and branded templates that support both internal and external communication
• Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and product teams to build a brand that resonates with healthcare providers and investors
• Translate complex ideas and data into clean, effective visual narratives and layouts
• Lead the visual design of campaign assets across platforms (LinkedIn, email, web, print, events), enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement
• Ensure design quality and alignment with brand guidelines across all projects
• Work closely with product teams to create UI visuals and contribute to the look and feel of Cognisian's digital platforms
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging design technologies to continually evolve the brand identity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding and visual identity development
• Proven portfolio demonstrating brand-building work across both digital and print mediums
• Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, Canva, etc.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, powerful visuals
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English is a plus
