Education and Experience:
University graduated major in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or any relevant major.
Minimum 1 year related experience in Electronics Company. (Supply chain, warehouse operations, or accounting is preferred)


Working Hours:
7H30 A.M– 4H00 P.M
Monday-Friday & 2 Saturdays of the month

Range: 9-12 mil


Main Responsibilities:

• Manage material requisitions and track inventory to ensure availability.
• Coordinate and follow up with PCBA purchasing team on material needs and delivery schedules.
• Escalate material related issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support cross functional alignment between warehouse, purchasing, and production teams.
• Assist Supervisor and Aligni Leader in daily operational tasks and reporting
• Other tasks are assigned by line manager.

Skills and Abilities:
Strong office skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, and reporting).
Good command of written English for business communication.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
